ChemDry Residential Carpet Cleaning - Rental House Carpet 'Trashed' then 'Restored'

17/10/2019

The above carpeted bedrooms, in a lovely North Sydney home were occupied by renters for 4 years. The owners decided to move back in from overseas and required the carpets to be cleaned, yes they were a mess! I received the call and was aware the carpets needed some love & attention. Here is the process I used to carpet clean: Pre-Vacuum, Pre-Spray (Green Monster mixed with KB4) I then agitated with the rotary scrubber as well as dwell time. Repeat. Then performed a HOT extraction using Natural V and buff down. Some of the areas were quite heavily soiled so these required more attention. The carpet has also been deodorised and sanitised. The result means the owners can move back into their original house without the worry of previous health concerns. The carpeted bedrooms x 3 were all  restored and dry times were still very good. Mattress Cleaning & Sanitisation (Don't let the bed bugs bite!)

17/10/2019

So what is the most often overlooked piece of upholstery in your home when it comes to regular cleaning? The mattress. Dust mites are a common problem that plague mattresses. Dust mites are microscopic creatures that live in mattresses, pillows, rugs and curtains and feed on people's flaked-off dead skin. They aren't harmful in themselves but most homes have levels of allergen significant enough to trigger a sensitivity even in people who weren't previously allergic.
Chem-Dry Clean & Fresh specialises in deep cleaning all types of upholstery including sleeping mattresses. With our high powered, deep cleaning system, we can not only remove most dust mites and their residue, but can also apply our patented Chem-Dry Anti Allergen.
Pets are not just responsible for annoying urine spots on mattresses, but they're also known to carry dust mites. It is always a good rule of thumb to groom your pets outside. Call Steve today on 0425328354 for a free quotation.
The above are 'after pics' recently taken after cleaning. Many areas were visible with urine water marks - these have been removed as well as sanitised, the mattress has therefore been successfully restored.
