**"First class service from Steve of ChemDry. Don't hire anyone else. We have had some bad carpet cleaning experiences in the past and we were nervous. I tried to get 3 quotes from different cleaners and Steve was the only one who responded - and within 12 hours. So I booked him without other quotes. He booked a date, arrived exactly on time then explained everything in detail about the procedure and expected outcome. We have a huge carpet area regularly visited by 5 grandkids! Our carpet is a light bone colour and was dirty - it came up spotless. We even had a problem after a few months with an oily stain that re-appeared. Steve visited to inspect and cleaned it again no charge as part of warranty. And he was a pleasure to have in our home - my wife was really relaxed which is important. Very respectful, considerate and polite. Hire anyone else at your peril!! Thanks Steve."
