I tried to get 3 quotes from different cleaners and Steve was the only one who responded - and within 12 hours. So I booked him without other quotes. He booked a date, arrived exactly on time then explained everything in detail about the procedure and expected outcome. We have a huge carpet area regularly visited by 5 grandkids! Our carpet is a light bone colour and was dirty - it came up spotless. We even had a problem after a few months with an oily stain that re-appeared.
